Hi! My name is Thelma Terrero, I am the founder of The Healing Hour, P-LLC. I am a state licensed independent clinical social worker, who provides individual counseling, case consultation, peer support, supervision, personalized coaching/care. As a mental health provider, who is both bilingual and bi-cultural, its imperative that I provide access to clients who are typically underserved by systems and often left in the margins.
A modern approach
It’s essential that my clients reach their highest potential and unlock the preferred narratives that help them take charge of their stories. Rather than do things the typical way, I utilize modern theoretical orientations such as Narrative Therapy, Solution Focused, and Self-Compassion oriented counseling to design the right experience for each of my clients.

Talk Therapy
Telehealth session, this is designated for individuals to process and explore their thoughts. Typically, meetings are weekly, but clients can be managed bi-weekly as well.

Home Visits
In person-home visits, allow my clients to stay in the comfort of their own homes and I bring the sessions to them. Clinician will bring a foldable chair, incenses, teas, and a noise machine (for those who have roommates).

Online or in-person (home visit), this session will help you with what you care most about and develop a plan to achieve personal and professional goals. (1-4 sessions only)
